英検１級　作文対策第②弾です。

前回同様の前置きを。

 わには
・2015年に英検１級を受験
・かなりギリギリでしたが、作文の点数だけは配点２８点中２４点。これに助けられ、なんとか合格
 
作文は正解がないので迷われることも多いかと思いますが、少しでもご参考になればいいなと思い、公開してみます。

The Global Job Market

              It is often said that Japan’s labor productivity is lagging behind compared to other developed countries’. The accuracy of the rating itself is quite controversial, but I’d like to think about what we can do to improve the situation by looking at job market in other countries. I think education is the key.

              As I am working at a trading company, I occasionally encounter many Asian clients who are capable of using both Japanese and English on business level. In other words, they can actually speak on the phones and send e-mails with no difficulties. It certainly makes work very efficient. In Japan on the other hand, there are many people who struggle using English in business scenes despite that most of them have leant it for six or even ten years of time. I think the Japanese government should set a clear goal for foreign language education to make students actually use it on business level. It includes everyday conversation as well, so it shouldn’t be one-sided.

              It’s been long said that it takes time to adopt social trend at education, but I think it is instrumental to take into consideration the obvious fact that the global job market is moving forward very fast and changing drastically.
